Metal Roof Restoration in Narre Warren

Metal roofs are common on newer homes in Clyde North and Officer, and on the acreage properties, sheds and stables around Narre Warren North and Harkaway. They last a long time, but fixings, flashings and cut edges are where trouble starts.

We replace rusted screws with new sealed fasteners, treat or replace rusted sheets, refix loose flashings, and, where the finish has faded, prime and coat the roof in a matching or new colour.
